I was looking for lightweight smoothing shape wear because I live in Florida and wear a lot of dresses. Because I'm of a certain age, I wanted to just smooth out my waist/tummy/hips under these dresses. These definitely do the trick. I especially like the wide waistband so I don't feel "cut in half". I recommend these in warmer weather to smooth things out and allow dresses to just glide down the body.

I'm a Midwest Girl with no thigh gap and shapely curves. I love wearing dresses in the summer. Not only is the eyelash lace that peeps out, every once in awhile kind of sultry but they are not constricting at all. Like, you don't feel like your head's going to pop off when on. Also, they are not so constricting that a marshmallow levy muffin top forms and swells like other shape wear. 😃. And that makes me happy. Oh and the hems don't rise up like the lace is chasing your bum. These stay put, for the most part. In extreme humid, adjustments are always necessary.
