I've had this bed for 10 months and have washed it 6-8 times... easy as can be. You just put it in the washer without having to remove a zippered cover. Air dry it. My

Really soft bed, larger than expected. My 55lb+ pit has plenty of room to get comfy. When I opened it, the bottom stuffing was bunched up so I had to kind of grab and redistribute as best as I could. The bolster also needed some fluffing but the back isn't as straight up and stiff as the rest, but overall it all straightened out nicely and the bottom has a good amount of cushion. As soon as I put it down he was on it and snoring after 2 minutes. Great buy, seems to be comfy for him, he's obsessed!

I debated about what size to get and ended up buying a medium. My dogs are 55 lbs and 45 lbs, pitbull mixes (I would say they are medium large dogs), and they fit great in the medium size. The sides on the bed are really flexible so the dogs can get cozy even if the bed is a bit small for them. Highly recommend.
It comes shrink-wrapped so once you open it allow some time for it take its shape.

We adopted a 35# Kelpie girl from the humane society and when she came home, she promptly curled herself into a tiny ball....on the kitty beds we had around the house (we have 3 cats). See the picture of her trying to fit! So I looked at the reviews and bought her one of these beds and she loves it! However, one small problem: when she went away to dog training camp, our biggest cat Bear commandeered it for his own (see the pic) and our dog Ava is too chicken to kick him out. So we are ordering a new one.
What I like best about this one is the bottom is all one piece - not split in the middle like many beds. Also the quality is outstanding. The bolsters are nice an high so the pets can really snuggle down into it. Haven't washed it yet but based on other comments, I don't think that will be an issue. I definitely recommend.

After reading a number of reviews of dog beds, I settled on this bed for my miniature schnauzer. The dog has recently had surgery and found to have cancer so I wanted something that would be comfortable (and comforting) for him. This bed certainly fits the bill on both counts. I do put a soft blanket in the bed as to lauder it you have to put the entire bed into the washer (I would have given it 5 stars if it had a removable cover ... although to be fair, the description of the bed was clear that it did not have a removable cover for laundering). He loves it based on the fact that he spends a lot of time snuggled in it. I recommend this dog bed.
