This is a great product with minimal ingredients (which is hard to find). It contains horseradish, salt, and vinegar. I bought this because I live two hours from the closest grocery store that carries anything similar. My local grocery store has horseradish with ingredients most can't pronounce but nothing pure. So, I spent the extra money and ordered it. The price is higher than if you went to your local store but if you are like me and don't live close to one, it is worth the price.

This has a great flavor, not bitter or "woody". My wife puts a 1/4 cup on her beef roast in an Instapot, and it come out absolutely perfect! Good on sandwiches too. If you want 3-alarm hot this isn't it, but has just enough snap to it.

So happy I ordered this. Was having trouble finding Horseradish at my local stores. I could find Horseradish SAUCE, but not Horseradish. When I opened the jar the smell was full bodied. It taste so good, this is the real deal.
