Hi. While these worked, which was briefly, they were great. No batteries, light up, and bubbles. However, there is a design flaw that when you twist the bubble solution canister onto the bottom of the bubble gun, the sleeve with the threads you are twisting into will rotate and pull the tubes out of the insides of the gun that connect the bubble solution to the part that blows the bubbles. There isn't a way to stabilize and hold onto the threaded housing while twisting the solution in place. This is a known problem by the company, as they sent me an email asking if I'd had problems. I responded that I did, but they did not respond. I am barely past my return window, unfortunately. Hoping to find other non-battery bubble guns. This one was ALMOST a winner.
UPDATE: The company responded and provided a partial refund. I am happy with that result as two of the bubble guns are still working for now. I think these are GREAT if you are super careful and don't let the kids twist the canister, and cross your fingers. Still disposable, but for the price, not bad.

I bought these bubble guns to give away in my daughter's birthday goodie bags. I wanted to give something that would be kept and played with by her friends, and not feel like something a parent would find useless and frivolous. The guns all came with a bottle of bubbles and the majority of them all worked. I had one that didn't seem to work but overall the value was amazing with theses. They totally light up and don't require any batteries.

The media could not be loaded. Absolutely loved these!!! They did not come with batteries, which put a little hiccup in our wedding day but we got it figured out it. Made for the best pictures and gave the kids something to do after the ceremony.
