Where has this pillow been all my life! I have severe osteoarthritis. Because of that, I have had both knees and both shoulders replaced some years ago. In the last three years I have had six hip dislocations and four surgeries on my right hip. I have had every pillow under the moon for my knees and now my hip. All the pillows were either too big and during the night would manage ending on the floor. Other pillows were stationary where I had to sleep on my back, and I am not a back sleeper. I just so happened to come across this little jewel of a pillow. The reviews were good so I thought I'd give it a try. Oh my goodness, let me tell you I sleep with this little pillow every night. It cradles my knees and helps keep my hip aligned! When I opened it I was skeptical because of the size and it seemed a bit hard. After a couple of nights I got used to it. This little gem stays between my knees all night long even when I toss and turn. It's a Goldilocks pillow for me. Not too big, not too small, just right. It's not soft but not too firm and it has maintained its shape. It is about 5 inches at the highest point and tapers down to about 2 1/2 inches. It's been a knee and hip saver. I don't know how long this pillow had been on the market but boy am I glad I stumbled across it. I'm ordering another one because I couldn't go without it now. I love this pillow! I hope this helps someone who needs to keep their knees from laying on top of each other or needs some space for the hips. Give this pillow a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed. Like I said, I can't imagine going without it!

Not enough space to write about my hip and back pain. Tried this pillow the first night and thought sleeping with this rock between my knees will never work. The second night I thought it was definitely softer or I was imagining things. The third night this little pillow was my new best friend. I would t want to be without it. This is a side sleeper aid par excellence.

Perfect size and weight. Cover is east to remove and wash, although a bit difficult to put back on. Stays cool at night as well so you are not sweating where the pillow is.

Was skeptical at first, but when a physical therapist suggested using a pillow between my legs at night to alighn my hips, I thought I would give it a try, and it really works. A little getting used to it, but by the third night all was well. No hip pain upon waking up and I really pleased with this foam support pillow.

At first it felt uncomfortable and even felt some pain in my hips and legs, but after just two nights, it became comfortable and no more pain while sleeping. I have noticed I am able to walk on my treadmill longer before the pain in my hip starts. I am pleased with this item.
