My doctor told me to order these for my plantar fasciitis. He said to wear them throughout the day. I was skeptical at first when I received them because I thought that the tightness would be able to be adjusted. But I started wearing them and in less than a week my heel pain went away. I did stop wearing them for a bit but as soon as I put my steel toes on at work, the pain came back. So I'm back to wearing them and will continue wearing them every day. The pain does go away though as the days go on. I would definitely recommend these.

The product is delivered without instructions. If you just put it on, with the support under your foot, it will be uncomfortable! The video show what direction (pointing end forward) and how (to the side of the arch). I moved it until I found the right comfort spot.
