I originally bought this for my wife who works on her feet all day but decided to try it myself. I am amazed at the difference it made after just one use. I'm 60 years old and I still workout everyday and this device has been a game changer for my post workout recovery. The benefits have lasted for several days now. I am more flexible and joint pain has diminished considerably. It also helps mitigating soreness. I've also noticed that I'm not stiff in the mornings when rolling out of bed. I'm dealing with a left leg knee (many years) and a recent right leg foot(1 1/2 months).
