Wonderful pot. I can make a big pot of spaghetti sauce on the lowest setting on my gas range and it won't burn or stick. Better than my slow cooker except I have to stir the pot now and then. I fry steaks in it and I can deep fry chicken in it. I'm very glad I bought it. Expensive but you get what you pay for.

This pan is perfect. I love that it is huge with low sides and very wide. Easy to stir whatever you are cooking. Cleanup is a breeze. Plus, I decided to make a batch of Chex Mix for Christmas gifts. It was so easy to stir all those ingredients without spilling over the sides and it slid easily into and out of the oven multiple times for stirring. Couldn't be happier with the decision to purchase this pan.

Very good, but had some strange stain

When I started using this pot, it worked great, but as the water would boil, I could see some white stuff around the bolts on the lid. It wasn't sticky, just a strange stain that would only appear on the lid part. Thankfully, it went away with time, but I have to give it four stars for that. Besides the stain, the product worked flawlessly, was easy to clean, and heated up fairly quick.
