I've done a few murder mystery boxes and this one tops them all. I really did feel like a detective.
Took around 1.5-2 hours to go through everything and figure it out.
Pros-
*great storyline, all of the suspects actually seemed like suspects and had decent alibies which made it harder.
*evidence was good
*Was able to do it on my own without any hints
*Delivery and Presentation was 10/10. This would make a great gift to a crime junkie.
Cons-
*I figured out the who did it part before i even got to the 2nd and 3rd parts. The added evelopes you open after figuring out each part didnt add much to the story and only 1 part was useful in them. It would have been better to "find" a new suspect and have more to go through and put together.
*It was short. I wish there was more too it. More suspects, more crime scene stuff, something. It seemed very cut and dry. Id pay double for double the stuff to weed through and the murderer to be less obvious.
*Envelopes are all sealed with super glue i swear. I plan to give this to my sister next and wish i could reseal the envelopes better and they looked a bit nicer.
Im going to get them all but i'll also be looking for something with more thats harder to solve

Played with 2 adults 2 teens and an 11yo all girls. We had a slow start until I remembered reviews said the app or website would help. The website was necessary to know exactly what to look for and in what order. After that we had a blast! It was made with excellent attention to detail. They felt like real detectives and kept asking "Are you sure this wasn't a real case?" They all really loved the experience and all of them have already asked when is the next case.
