"¢ Customer Service after the sale: Manufacturer did not answer their customer service 1-800 number when I called to work out delivery details. Sent an email through Amazon and Amazon forwarded my email. Seacrest responded directly to me by email that I had to go through Amazon for any delivery details since I purchased from Amazon and not directly through them, Contacted Amazon and had to get a supervisor to confirm shipping details. This runaround "“ Not Okay. Concern if I have problems with the chair in the future. Make sure you get the extended insurance plan.
"¢ Comfort:
o The chair is too short for a 6'2" person, feet dangle over edge.
o Difficult to open storage compartments while sitting in the chair.
o The lower lumbar area is not adjustable.
"¢ Returned/Used Item: Ordered two NEW chairs: One had power supply in its original packaging, but the other was connected to the chair. Was that chair returned, a floor model, or?
"¢ Accessories: You have to order accessories such as Phone/Tablet holder from a different supplier. For what the chair cost this should be included.

Manufactured in America using High quality materials resulting in a very handsome well made product that is so comfortable you can sleep in it. Buy this chair.

It was just delivered today- on time. It took my husband about 15 minutes to assemble. Attached pictures show how much room in the seat- I'm 5'5" and 220lbs. The blue lighting can be turned off. The seat, lumbar, and head is supportive and comfortable. Lots of storage and the recline is smooth and quiet. The tray is removable, and can be mounted on left or right arm- or you can remove it altogether. We purchased the brown color, and it's a deep brown per the photos.

All the features listed are great. It's easily the most expensive chair I ever own but on the the other hand is easily the most comfortable and featured packed one as well. I'm disabled so I spend most days gaming in a chair. The adjustable head is something I didn't know I needed in life. It beats putting a pillow behind the head by margins. My neck and shoulders feel amazingly supported. The only thing I wish I could change on the chair would be the foot rest to be a little longer and go a tad higher, then it would be perfect. Nevertheless, all the positives far out weigh this aspect.

One thing that concerns me is most chairs in this class have 10 yr some life time warranties. I found no such warranty information anywhere. Also, one review caught she had a chair with a broken back after less then a year and claims the company won't respond or fix the issue. In fact, this point alone made me look past this chair. However, they offered me payments so it was my only option.

I hope this chair stands the test of time. A $1,400 chair should last at least 10 years. If this chair breaks in a year or two, bet I'll be letting everyone know. The fact the chair is made out of wood no matter if it's reinforced or not further makes me concerned. Aside from these concerns I'd rate the chair at a 9.5, minus .5 for the foot rest not being high or quite long enough. I'd recommend this chair only if you can swallow the no apparent warranty pill.

Product is absolutely great (but at a higher price). The only real problem was with the delivery"“not the delivery person-he was really nice and helpful. I originally was given the option of where to make the delivery. I chose the front door but the driver decided not to take a chance driving up our 400 foot driveway. He parked about 30 feet from the road and I drove my garden tractor with a 5 or 6 foot long bed trailer and he loaded the recliners onto it. He then followed me up the driveway and help me unload the recliners.
So far I am really satisfied with the quality of the material and workmanship.
