Everything about the kit is aesthetically pleasing, and works as it should. The scent on the bar is pretty strong and perfumy. Smells like an attempt at lavender and rose, which isn't bad- its just very strong. The "luxury" box is just a black cardboard box. The blades are okay, but considering what you get for the price, it's a steal. Very glad I purchased.
Side note, I purchased a different shave creme and a pack of variety blades- I suggest you do the same.
