I purchased my scooter through Amazon from Suncoast Mobility in St Petersburg Florida. I live in North Carolina. The scooter was delivered within 3 days. I had follow-up calls from Suncoast as to how everything went and if I was satisfied with my purchase.
I was very satisfied. The trucking company advised me before their arrival. They placed the scooter package in my garage.
Everything went very smooth with the delivery and the packaging was in perfect condition.
The scooter is great. I am 6'4" and I adjusted the seat so I fit fine. The folks at Suncoast answered all my questions as I called them multiple times and I was able to get my scooter ready to go. One of the co-owners of the company, William, helped me directly. I am very pleased with all the help he gave me.
If you are looking for a great mobility scooter, the Golden Buzzaround Extreme is a good choice.

I was looking for a scooter that I could use around our country home - this one is great - has enough power to do our (relatively shallow) slopes and enough clearance to get over lumpy ground. The scooter was shipped right away and arrived in good shape. My only complaints have to do with the paperwork that came with the scooter. Nowhere in the paperwork was SpinLife Wheelchairs (the seller) identified as the person to call if you have questions. This meant that I wasted 1/2 hour trying to get help from the manufacturer. It would be very easy for SpinLife to include a piece of paper with the customer service phone number on it. The reason I needed help was that I could not get the seat to lock into place - it just swiveled freely. When I finally reached the tech person at SpinLife, he told me you have to keep the swivel lever pulled up when you install the seat or it won't lock into place. The assembly instructions need to be changed to tell customers that. In addition, the battery instructions should be changed to make it clear you can't leave the scooter plugged in the whole time it is not in use without damaging the battery. If I hadn't asked that question, I'd have left it plugged in all the time because the battery instruction manual says it is a "fully automatic" charger, which I assumed meant it would turn itself off when the battery was fully charged.

Like every thing about it . Use to get mail and shop as I cannot walk very far .
