The Velcro strap loosened after just a few uses had to go to Home Depot and buy a short bungee cord to secure it, other than that I'm happy with it.

Price was good and yes its true about what others have said. Bit wobbly and I can see where people would get pinch bringing it back down. Since I've had that in mind, I haven't gotten pinched yet but I'm sure it's coming. Bang for buck and compact is why I bought it and it's what I expected.

When this is in a frame mode it works pretty well, when its fully extended it is a bit shaky. The hinge joint flexes quite a bit as you climb it. Mare sure you position the base well or else it will slip out. folds very small to fit in smaller vehicles which is the primary use of this. About half the size of my little giant fold up ladder. The steps are smaller than a fiberglass ladder so it is not as sturdy feeling. For its price and size its hard to find another ladder that will do the same job better. When you press the releases to fold it back up be careful. It drops down fast and can easily smash your fingers if you are not careful.
