I have only used the sprayer once so can not say what the long term durability is but so far seem really well made and will last a long time. The only negative is if you are washing your car and get soapy water on your hand the sprayer gets extremely slippery.

I really like this new style nozzle with thumb control on the flow. This unit is very sturdy and predominately made out of metal for a solid feel. Shortly after I purchased this product, I noticed a leak from the top of the trigger section down onto my hand getting my shirt/pants wet slowly. I contacted their customer service email and requested a warranty replacement. They asked for some pictures, which I provided in a follow-up email. They immediately responded and shipped a new unit. I'm very impressed with their responsiveness in backing up their product.

I have purchased 3 of these because it's one of the most robust sprayers I can find. The all metal construction holds up over time (unless you leave it out in freezing weather... ask me how I know) and spray angle is easy to adjust with the tip of the nozzle. I did have an issue with my latest order, the threads were a bit damaged and was unable to get the sprayer to thread onto the garden hose and seal, however customer service was very quick to respond and replaced the sprayer with no issues. Based on build quality and customer service, I would highly recommend.
