This bag overachieved in most respects. If you want to compare it to a high-quality canvas and leather alternative, such as a Filson, it'll quickly fall short due to the thickness of canvas and leather. It also falls much much less than the cost of the Filson type bag. I'm happy with it. It does show up all wrapped up in a weird way and read the directions in the ad closely. It mentions to use a hairdryer to get wrinkles out of it, but it took me two weeks just to get the Bags wrinkles the way it was bundled up. It was just so tightly bound up and shipped somewhat haphazardly to the point where the bag shows up and you have to cut it free of commercial Saran Wrap. The leather is bent and wrinkled as is the canvas. It looks great now though, and , I am cognizant of storing it in away that keeps it somewhat open and filled because it will wrinkle quickly. It's just that kind of thickness and it can take from its looks. I feel like I'm stretching on it and adjusting it to get it into the shape it's supposed to be. This is a double edged review but I walk away happy with what I got for my money and in general I am happy with my purchase.

Looks great, feels great. It does come wrinkled due to packaging not a big deal really. Fits a lot of stuff but it's very packed in. It's not as large as some other duffle bags. It's a good solid buy (pending any issues). The overall size is what drops it a bit for me otherwise it's great.

Really like this bag, it's sturdy and it looks good! I will say as others have said that it is wrinkled to death when you get it. That doesn't effect the performance.
