Stapled these sheets to my son's bedroom wall that were facing the cell towers. The readings went from over 15 mW/m2 to below 1 mW/m2. I use the Tri-Field EMF Meter model TF2 on the RF setting. I would've loved to see the readings go to Zero, but this gives us much more peace of mind knowing the readings are significantly lower.
Covered them over with the faux brick stick-ons to make the room look less sci-fi.
We also stapled a few pieces behind artwork and picture frames to help deflect as much rogue EMF energy as possible.
For those trying to reduce the risk of really high RF energy in living/sleeping spaces - I would highly recommend this product.

I put a strip of this at the foot of my bed so that my bare legs are in constant contact all night. It helped me the very first night, 2 years ago, and is still working. The sheet is large enough that you can cut it in strips, no need to lie on the entire fabric, any small piece of grounding fabric should be enough. I taped the cut portion with aluminum duct tape to prevent fraying. It has never abraded my skin, I don't even notice it. Well, I do have minor leg neuropathy from cancer treatment, so maybe your legs will be more sensitive. There are tons of workarounds to ground yourself at night. Grounding overnight means I awake, get out of bed and spend the day not groaning about aches and pains unduly. Just try it! You've little to lose but your pain. p.s. I do not use it for shielding.

I was skeptical. So I made a pouch, put my phone in and had my wife call me. My phone didn't ring and wife said it went right to voice mail. Nice. Now, feeling confident, I made a wallet and lined it with the copper fabric. With one credit card in it, I tried to scan it at the gas pump. Wouldn't scan. Put the same credit card in an unlined wallet and it did scan. Did a similar test at the grocery store. I now feel confident that the copper fabric lined wallet will protect my credit cards from close proximity scammers. I plan on making lined wallets for the rest of my family.

this fabric comes from china so it takes a little longer to arrive but when it did, it tested with a stronger ground connection than the other earthing mat i was using.

i used it to wrap around my cell phone when not in use (in order to avoid emf exposure). It did work for the intended purpose because when the phone was on i called the phone from the landline and the call could not come through.
To those that say that it didnt work, I would like to say that in order for it to work I needed to completely wrap the fabric around the entire phone in layers (at least 3 layers). Also, I attempted to simply lay the phone on a hard surface then drape the fabric over it....but the fabric did not work this way and the call still came through. I know that it isnt explained this way on Amazon (which can be frustrating) however the fabric does work appropriately when used the way I am describing. Also over time the fabric will degrade making the fabric useless. For me it lasts approximately 4 to 5 months.
The reason I gave it only 4 stars out of 5 is because it now takes up to 2 months to recieve the item after ordering.... it used to take 2 weeks to recieve after ordering. I dont know why it would this long.
