This is a solid piece of hardware..and a good value. I'm confident it'll last for decades.
The only word of caution is, make sure the compression ring (ferrule) is perfectly square in both the valve body and the nut before tightening otherwise it won't compress right and it'll leak. There's a nice review titled "How to prevent leaks!" from 5/23/22 that describes how to do it easily.

I Love Quarter Turn Ball Valves

So far no issues. I love quarter turn ball valves versus the endless cranking kind and these are great. Correct size, correct fit, no leaks. These are replacing old endless crank valves that will no longer shut off. My local big box hardware stores - yeah, that's a shot at you Home Depot and Lowes - stopped carrying quarter turn ball valves that were compression fit. So...their loss, and Amazon's gain. And they wonder why "Amazon is putting us out of business". Amazon is doing no such thing. They are putting themselves out of business by refusing to stock items their customers want. This is a perfect example. I needed them immediately to complete a repair job but not availably locally. So had to order and wait 2 days for Amazon to deliver them. (Of course big box can "order" them and ship to store for free -another trip to the store for me-...sometime next week...) Next time, I'll just order from Amazon first and not even bother wasting my time looking local. Keep up the good work.
