Ordered this with a set of kettle ball for my home gym. Great guide to have. The guide is printed on both sides so you can choose how you'd like to put it up. Easy to understand. Sturdy. I like that it is laminated. Definitely will be using this quite a bit.
Great buy

Easy way to remember your kettlebell workout

This is a two-sided laminated exercise chart for kettlebells, everything from one leg deadlifts and curls to the complicated "Turkish Get-up" which contrary to what you might think, are not baggy pants and a turban but an exercise that starts lying down on a mat and while holding a kettlebell, you articulate yourself to a standing position. Not easy and it really involves a lot of different muscles and balance.
Both sides are the same exercises, you can choose a landscape or a portrait orientation. There are column headings upper body, core, lower body, back, etc. So you can design your own workout and choose which muscle groups to work out together or on different days. You can use a grease pencil to make notes or a white board marker (reps, order, etc.)
If you have a magnetic bulletin board in your home gym, you can mount it that way or with thumb tacks or Command strips, whichever you choose.
