Purchased this as a replacement to my first monitor for our second baby. After 13 months the screen went black but still turned on and I can hear the kids. Infant optics offers a 1 year warranty but they offered me to send them the damage item and they replaced the monitor as a courtesy. The service was fast and excellent. The outstanding customer service alone was enough for me to buy from this company in the future. This is a great monitor and I love how it functions on a monitor device instead of watching on an app on your phone.

This is a very good baby monitor but you have to know it'll likely die on you in a year or two.
We have owned 3 of these monitors in the past 3 years. We pair it to two cameras for two kiddos and when it works, it's great. The first one lasted a little over two years (we replaced the battery once in that time). It just stopped working. It would not turn on. I purchased a second one to replace the first (it did not occur to me to call customer service at the time). However, the same thing happened to the second one, it died and would not turn on, but this time it was only after owning it 8 months. I called customer service and they promptly sent me a new one after I gave them what they needed. I had a very good experience with them.
So, the short end of it is 1) this is a good monitor, 2) BUT it will probably die on you in a year or two with regular use, and 3) the customer service is great....call them and you'll likely get a replacement. If it were not for #3, I'd rate this product a lot lower.

When searching for baby monitors I heard all the horror stories of monitors being hacked. Safety was at the top of my list. After reading several reviews, and seeing this monitor on top safety lists, I decided to give it a try. It's been more than 4 years now, and we are very happy! The monitor can go quite a long distance from the camera with the antenna up. Sound is great, and I love the talk feature! Unfortunately our first monitor stopped working, and since it had been a few years our warranty was expired. I contacted Infant Optics directly and they worked with me and I was able to purchase a new one 50% off! Great Customer Service and an even better product! 10/10 recommend!

We have been using this monitor for 4yrs + , and even 4 years into the purchase, we are still very happy with the product.
However, about a week ago the monitor started acting up, and wasn't turning on anymore. Nothing I did seemed to get the monitor to turn on. I was very disappointed.
I called Infant Optics customer service and was nothing but happy with their assistance. Emma talked to me on the phone and helped trouble shoot the problem. She was able to help me turn the monitor on again and use it once more. Yet, only days later, the monitor failed again!!
When I called again, I was pleased to talk to Emma for a second time. Emma assured me that they would help me take care of my current problem. After it was decided over the phone, that the problem could not be fixed, Emma asked me to return my monitor to Infant Optics.
Once the new monitor was in the mail, Emma sent me a new monitor in the mail. I was so impressed because it arrived less than a day later after I sent the faulty one to their headquarters.
After this experience with their customer service, I would be happy to recommend this baby monitor to any new parent.
