The first one we received had a small hole in it. Amazon replaced it with no problems. The second one was perfect and we have used it multiple times. It comes with a hand pump but I would feel sorry for anyone that tries to pump it up manually. Do yourself a favor and buy a SUP board electric inflator.

Spend long weekend in the beach and it was perfect, can handle more than 4 adults with no problem, solid and steady. Kids played so much they went to sleep by 7 pm which is a plus for us adults. Size is very good and storage and handling is ok. Very happy with the product, my wife loves it!!
