Purchased as a Christmas present for my mother. She loves it. It looks nice in her kitchen. Was easy to install with the right tools. Had some issues trying to set the channels, but we got it done. Love the fact that it has a remote, but it's so small that my parents have a problem seeing the buttons. So they probably won't use it. Easy to connect bluetooth. Haven't tried the CD play yet. Sounds good. Volume is OK. Mom can't hear it on the lowest setting, but that's OK too. She's happy. I'm happy.

everything works as it should, except the volume changes dramatically between the 2nd and 3rd setting. Goes from barely able to hear it to way to loud. There should be a volume point between these extremes.
