i was looking for a vitamin i can add to my keto diet that was in capsule form that just encase my TMD starts i wont have to open my mouth wide to take and can break down to take, these have been great to take, even my doctor recommended me to try them and take them since they have very little iron in them as a daily vitamin. She was right they have been great for me and i will definitely purchase more when i run out!

I have been taking multivitamins for years and had grown to accept that they would always cause nausea. This one doesn't do that! I've been taking it for a week now and have yet to experience nausea! The different vitamins in it are in very bioavailable forms, which really makes a big difference for me!
Aesthetically, the bottle and the box it comes in are really pleasing. I only can find one complaint that the font size used was just a bit smaller than I would have liked. Anyone with poor eyesight is going to have difficulty with reading the label. But, since you can find the label online, you can still read what's inside if it's too small for you to see.
Overall, I'm very impressed!

This vitamin is large as any other multivitamin is. It also isn't terrible tasting but it has the normal flavor of a vitamin. The only delicious one I've ever had is flint stones and I'm years past that. But it gets 5 stars from me bc I was able to make up for the deficiencies in my diet. I am vegan and I don't do the best at eating as much variety as I should. This resulted in health issues. I started this after getting less desirable lab results. After a month, my labs were all nearly normal. At this point, they are a regular part of my daily regimen.
