Almost perfect fit on a 1st generation Toyota Sequoia (2001-2007). The slotted holes are slightly too short in distance and will need to be grinded down in order for the screws to be seated properly. I had to grind down the rearward hole (hole closest to the windshield) to move the bracket forward towards the front of the car. This is to ensure that the bracket doesn't hit the windshield when the hood is opened. Also, the windshield wiper cowl will need some modification for the hood to sit flush with the fender. It's not necessary but if you don't then the rear of the hood will sit a little higher than normal.
More work than I expected but this wasn't intended for my vehicle. For the value it's not too bad at all! The price is great, but the extra work needed made it fall short of perfect. Minus a star because it wasn't as solid with the light I had on it. It was a bit flimsy and shook a lot on bumpy roads. A solid 4.8 stars in my book.
