After having my front porch re-leveled, I had to lift additional sections of the concrete walkway to get the entire span level. Then I added caulk where necessary, and gave it a full cleaning and etching. Once prepped, I applied the Floor Tex in Toasted Oatmeal. The product is thick due to the grit texture, but I have to say that it covered incredibly well and filled in some minor imperfections along the way. In order to get the best result, I decided to brush in the product across the entire span. It took some extra time, but I do believe it is the right way to go. I used a short, firm and wide bristle paint brush. The result is remarkable. It really does look brand new!!!

This product has been the answer to my needs so far, simple to apply, coverage is good, could be better, 5 gal can does what it says 2 coats on 300sf AND you can add a tint base to it. I sealed it with with another Seal Krete product. If it last as good as it looks on my driveway I will add a star. The vendor iSouthern Paint is amazing. They have the fastest shipping I have ever seen for a heavy product. They are very helpful in application pointers and added the tint I needed quickly....no delays. I highly recommended product & vendor.
