The phone wasn't bad the ear piece was dirty and it's been "updating" for the past almost 3 hours. Never had this issue transferring a phone before. Praying for human error. If it actually updates and works I'll change my review.
UPDATE: the phone is working and so far so good. The issue was it was not updated and neither was the old phone. So FYI make sure all devices are updated prior to transferring devices for smoother transfer. I minus a star as the ear piece was extremely dirty and I had to clean it out.

It is honestly worth every penny I spent on this Iphone. The phone was in good condition & has not let me down. The speed on it is overall good. Still satisfied, but camera is kinda lacking compared to other iphones. No surprise there.

The phone came in a box with some bubble plastic wrapped around inside a small box .
The phone it self is wonderful, no scratches or dents . The only thing that made me a bit upset was the battery health , I ordered a phone in EXCELLENT condition and had only 81% of battery health .
Anything else is working very good . I would definitely recommend buying the phone again , maybe there is a chance of getting one with more battery % .
