I bought this foot stimulator as a gift for my mother who has arthritis and was a little worried she would find it difficult to use. The remote control is quite simple and she mastered it quite easily. She has also reported an obvious improvement in the pain in her knees after only a couple of weeks. I'm dealing with a left leg knee (many years) and a recent right leg foot(1 1/2 months). Long story short after X-rays and no clear issue and advised to treat as soft tissue injury, I decided to try this as an additional option. I can't say this is the cure I've only had it for a week.
