I originally bought this for my bf to do his home workouts, but when I saw how durable and comfortable it was for him, I ended up ordering one for myself! This mat was actually more spacious than I expected! I had a hard time finding a mat that would be long enough for my bf, but also wide where his arms wouldn't be falling off. The length and width are actually more extended each way than usual mats are. He has more than enough room each way. Its also very comfortable and durable as it doesn't seem to rip or leave an imprint of wherever he applies pressure. However I can't speak to how long it'll last since he's only had it for about a week! It's been great so far though. It also comes with its own carrying bag which makes it convenient to take on the go or just store easily in the house. It has good grip, doesn't move (at least on carpet, not sure about hardwood floors), and doesn't get slippery when sweat drips on it. It's also fairly easy to wipe down and clean! We didn't use it for yoga, but more so for regular floor workouts. I would definitely recommend this brand and mat!

I absolutely LOVE this mat! Have had it for a year now. It is the biggest, comfiest yoga mat I've ever had! It has held up well over the last year. I started out using it with my shoes on but soon learned that shoes will make little tiny dents/holes in it. Even with a few little dents here and there it is still a great mat and I love using it!
The carrying case is awesome! It is big enough that you don't have to roll it super tight to get it in and great for storing it in between uses. I wish I would have discovered this yoga mat 15 years ago! Order one NOW!

I've tried almost 10 different brands. None of them aside from this Gruper has lasted more than 1 year. Bought in 2021 and it is now 2023. I use this thing 6 days a week... Every single week... There has only ever been 1 week where it wasn't used. It's still going strong, no rips or tears anywhere, great condition.

I have had many yoga matts but this is the best. Just large enough to do aerobics, weight lifting, and yoga in my bedroom. I use it on a hardwood floor and it doesn't slide or stretch like the other matts. Cushion and material is excellent.
