I love this! It's very Easy to use. Directions really aren't that great so I watched a YouTube. It took about 12 minutes for each hand. I had the powder dip so it was a little different than gels. The powder dip does not peel off it comes out gooey from the glue. I'm very impressed with this item. The pictures above are: 1) beginning get your top coat off real good. I did it with a file the night before. 2). After the streamer. 3). Finished product with regular polish.
Where has this been all my life?? (Or since I discovered gel polish)

This is a product that does exactly what it claims to do. I've never removed my gel polish and had my natural nails feel so healthy before. When using the cotton ball/tinfoil or acetone soak methods, it seems like you still have to be rough to get the polish to lift causing damage.
It's important to follow the instructions and toughen up the top of the polish before using it. But it was so easy!!! I actually was rough on my pinky nail and scraped it, but I learned really fast. The photo is less than 24 hours after removal. Removing the polish at home will make going back to the salon for new color more efficient.
The drawback is that there is no user manual, pretty much just a couple of drawings. There's a third light on the unit that I have no idea what it's for, but have assumed that it's to let you know you are running out of liquid. There's also extra covers for the holes, but I don't know what the purpose of them is.
100% worth the money. I wish I knew about this years ago.

I ordered a bask LA because I'm weak and tik tok convinced me to. Shipping was taking forever and I was eager to get my poly gel off, so I ordered this one and received quickly. I used it twice before receiving the $60 bask one, and they are EXACTLY the same product, sans marking/brand name labeling on the units' exterior. It's not completely damage free per adverts, but it is better and faster than doing an acetone soak.

It doesn't create as much steam as I was expecting. Although it gets very hot, I have never been burned. My mother says it's too intense for her. It takes an extremely long time to remove polygel, not sure about acrylic or just regular polish. It's an ok product if you have the time to use it.
