Have been looking for this for my husband since Mohawk stopped selling them in our area. Ran across it when I was browsing and ordered for him, accidentally doubled the order, but once he opened it, he was so happy I had found it. He said it tasted and spread like he remembered it did and wasn't even upset when I told him I had ordered more than I intended. He said it was a good mistake as far as he was concerned. I received the cheese today that was mailed out early Tuesday morning. It was still cold. That was my main concern that if it was going to be cold when it was delivered. The ice packs were melted but it was cold. Personally I think something like that should be delivered overnight or at least first thing in the morning, not 1:00 in the afternoon when it's hot out. But at least it was cool to the touch when I received it

I have been searching everywhere for the moosehead brand Limburger spread, that's when I found out they quit making it so I needed to find a replacement. Let me say this did not disappoint and I will definitely be ordering again.

I opened the box and the two ice bags were still partially frozen. I opened one container made a sandwich for myself and my 88-year-old mother. She used to make them for me when I was a kid with Limburger spread thinly sliced onion prepared mustard and a sprinkling of apple cider vinegar on the bread. Let me say the first bite took me back to when I was a kid. My mother lives next door I took her sandwich over and she was in heaven.

The items were packaged very nicely in a box with reusable ice bags that were still partially frozen upon my opening of box. If you're like me and searching for limburger spread this is the one!! Yes at first I thought it was pricey, but after opening and eating it, it is priceless!!

Grew up eating kraft Mohawk limburger and when they discontinued the cheese, I never thought I'd see limburger again. Would go to all the specialty gourmet food stores and nothing came close. When I discovered this cheese, I fell in love again with the cheese and have ordered it a few times for myself and my dad.
