This is my second pair, the first pair I wore for 6 years working 12 hr shifts, on my feet. For 12 hr. I wore the soles out,however the uppers were still in decent shape, they are tight at first ,you may want to consider wide when ordering, Will I buy a third pair absolutely. And fourth and so on!

Just got them, and they feel pretty well made out of the box. Still a bit stiff and need breaking in, but they feel like they're going to be pretty good boots. Will update this review in a few weeks of daily wear.
Update: These boots broke in and got comfy very quickly. They hold up to mud and water very well and my feet are dry after a long work day in the woods. This may be my new favorite boot.

I have repeatedly purchased these boots for my husband. My most recent order was the fifth time. He likes them very much. He's a size 10 and they fit true to size. They are a quality boot and stand up to his daily abuse for a full year so in the beginning they were a great deal! However, The price has fluctuated over the past 5 years and I'll probably switch to a name brand if it continues to increase. On 1/7/17 I paid $52.47. On 12/29/17 I paid $71.21. On 12/20/18 I paid $67.46. On 12/4/19 I paid $56.65 and most recently on 12/14/20 I paid the highest, $80.95. So it went up almost $30 from 2017. If the price decreases or stays roughly the same, I'll be a customer for life.

Surprisingly heavy, but my old shoes did NOT have a steel toe, MUCH lighter materials used. I only wear them a few days a year cutting wood, sockfoot the rest of the time so they are a dramatic change. I think these will hold up as well as the 2X more expensive shoes, and I'll deal with the extra weight. Worth a look and apples- to- apples comparison from someone else, for sure.
