High quality red light therapy

As a nurse in the medical field that deals with athletes , injury recovery and people with health issues I'm always looking for technology that can help to support their recovery and wellbeing in any way. I Have been an infrared light therapy advocate because it's benefits but it's always hard to find a good one . I don't like to recommend a product unless it's good quality and financially accessible for clients to use at home. Some brands are so expensive and feel share same technology with same results.
After using some different products Im finally happy I can share this one with my patients .It has helped me a lot with inflammation and joint pain. Excited to see further results in next months to come. Will update .

I believe in red light therapy and it's benefits but I have to mention that you should carefully read through product info. The pics are of a much larger panel. This is a much smaller single panel. You can buy a second panel to connect to this one and make it a bit bigger but even then it still won't be as big as the one in the pic. One of my biggest pet peeves about amazon is the misrepresentation of pictures. I hate and I mean hate having to return things and take time out of my day. I do try to read reviews carefully but once in a while something will slip through the cracks and I have to box it back up and send it back because the item looks nothing like the pictures. This happens more with clothes. I may keep this and buy a second panel or may look for a larger one at the same price. It's too small to use for just the one panel unless you only plan on using it for your face.
Great red light panel for price

Great product for the price! I believe in red light therapy and now being out in the country, I have no gym or spa I can go to to get this. The panel is decent size. I am 5'4" and mounted on my bathroom wall it starts from the top of my head to mid-high waist area. The 2nd panel will cover my bottom half. However, i read a review on here that you can connect 2 panels but don't see how this is possible. The panels have a 2-slot power cord and ive goggled and youtubed ways to connect the 2 or some sort of adapter connecting the 2(like a 2-slot on each end) with no luck-unless i make my own by cutting 2 cords and fusing the 2) 2-slot ends together but I'm no electrician to feel comfortable to do that. Submitted a question in hope for an answer, otherwise, I'll just have to plug them both into the outlet.
Excellent buy

I've been wanting one for months and this one came highly recommended. Great quality. Very happy it does not come with a stand. It does come with hardware to hang.
This is one interesting product!

I suffer from diabetes and high blood pressure, and over the last year I've been having issues with my eyes and eyesight in general. After seeing a video hyping a study showing the benefits of red light therapy in improving vision I decided to put down some money and purchased a red light flashlight. I began using it and I will say I started noticing positive results. So from there I did some further research on red light therapy and made the decision to invest in a larger red light therapy device., this one from Anyork.
The device is extremely well made. It's also very basic... no real bells or whistles. You plug it up and you turn it on. When you're done you turn it off. Pretty simple.
Now I've only had it for around a week... admittedly not enough time to be able to give in my opinion a comprehensive review of how it's working, but I can talk about some things I've noticed in its first week of use.
Sleep... I've had trouble over the last decade getting real good quality sleep time. I'm lucky to get 4-5 hours a night, I'm tossingn I'm turning and often wake up feeling just as tired as when I went to bed. Now some of that I can attribute to smartphone and tablet use of the evening, and I'm using blue light filters on those devices and cutting down on that. But with the first week of using the Anyork red light panel I've noticed my quality of sleep has improved. I'm less inclined to wake up once or twice at night and I wake up feeling pretty darn good. Now why is that... I can only guess that from what I've read the red light wavelength penetrates deeper into the skin and helps with inflammation, and maybe that's part of it... I had been diagnosed in the past with chronic inflammation and if this is helping alleviate that maybe my body is feeling a little more relaxed and that is helping wit the quality of sleep. One thing that is definitely different with my sleep is that I'm suddenly having more vivid dreams and remembering them the next day. That hasn't been the case for some time. Again if any reduction in inflammation is allowing me to reach a much deeper level of sleep that could be the reason.
Pain... The level of joint pain and stiffness that I feel in the morning has seemed to lessen over the last week. Maybe this is a byproduct of the better quality of sleep I seem to be getting. I just am noticing that I'm moving better and feel like I can do more than I was feeling up over the last few months.
So all in all I'm quite pleased with how it seems to be working, and will probably look at getting a second panel so I can set it up for a full body exposure.
The one thing that I don't care too much for is the mounting set up. I'm not fond of hanging it on the wall or door with a chain that to me feels a little flimsy. I have three cats and I just can't let it hang there without worrying one of them is going to see it as a dangling plaything. My own personal preference would have been a couple of mounting indentions in the top corners of the rear panel to where it could be mounted a little more securely. Again that's just a personal preference.
