There are quite a few reasons why I love this night guard. First and foremost, the fact that there's no boiling, cutting, or molding required is a major plus. It's perfect for my needs, as it can be used for both lower and upper teeth. The grind no more technology is a lifesaver for nighttime grinding. Comfort is not compromised at all, as the fit is just right and easy on the jaw. The BPA free material, ensuring safety, is the cherry on top. A definite recommendation from my end!

If you travel a lot, you may not want to take your expensive night guard with you and risk leaving it in a hotel. These take up very little space in your toilet bag or make up bag and they work very very well. I actually prefer using them to a custom mouthguard. You can rinse them under the tap the next morning and use them for at least 10 occasions before they break down. My record was 15 nights.
I would like to see them make flavored ones maybe minty scent. That being said a perfect product at a perfect price and ideal for nomads and road warriors.

My dentist told me I needed a mouth guard due to teeth grinding but for $450 I opted out. But I started taking it serious when I woke up out of my teeth grinding episode and thought I chipped my tooth.
I tried those ones you boil in water but it made my mouth hurt in the morning. So I stopped using it... I found this product bc I wanted something that didn't cover all of my teeth as I felt it would be more tolerable to sleep at night. And I was right. Although I'm still adjusting to having this in my mouth at night it actually works great.
Now I did take one start off bc I feel like it should be longer. I have a smaller mouth and it doesn't reach my back teeth but does reach one of the molars (barely) so if you have a big/wide mouth I don't think this would work for you.

Works over retainer, soft material

I was struggling to find a night guard that would fit easily over my retainers to work together with them while I sleep, a surprisingly difficult thing. While these aren't ideal, they do work with and without my retainer pretty well.
I was surprised by how soft and chewy they are, no review mentioned how pliable the material is. The bite pad is thick, but not wide or long for some reason, only covers the outer edge of the 2nd premolar and first molar about halfway into the tooth for an uneven bite. Whether worn alone or with my retainer, it feels a bit awkward and while my teeth aren't sore from clenching when I wake up, my jaw isn't very happy(probably the uneven bite pad) I'll probably try another brand when these wear out, but at least now I have an example of what works!

I love these. been using them for years now. They say to change it like every few days but I rinse mine and use the same one for a long time. Very comfortable and easy to get used to. I do wonder if it's possible to swallow,or choke on it maybe? But I've never had a problem. Now I can't really sleep without one. I had problems with grinding my teeth. Kept having to go to the dentists to fill in chips and holes. I tried expensive mouth guards with two separate dentists. Both sucked. Totally uncomfortable and really costly. Now I'm all set. These are cheap and effective. My teeth are going to last much longer.
