I was so excited to get the G3 portable oxygen concentrator. Saw that the battery promised 4 hrs of use. What a crock! If they would have told me at the start that the battery use depended on the oxygen level I would have ordered the 16 cell when I ordered the unit. Four hours only counts on level 1. My level 3 knocked it down to 2 hrs. My doctors appt took up 1.5 hrs before I realized it. So now I have two batteries. One that came with the startup will be good for walking the dog and this one costing $500 will give me 6 hrs for shopping.

It took about 5 hrs to fully charge battery after run down to zero . After cycled charge/discharge/charge this battery has a useful time of over 6 hours on a 3 setting. First charge only went to 96%. After discharge and recharge it shows 100%. I highly recommend fully cycling the battery when new and every once in awhile to keeps the battery refreshed.
