• •｡◕‿◕｡ Poor performance and noise are the Main Problem of air suspension compressor
• •｡◕‿◕｡ Poor performance can be noticed with "air suspension inactive error" & the car raising very slowly or even failing to reach its requested level. This can be due to either the age of the compressor or if it has been overworked due to leaks in the air system. This poor performance is due to wear on the piston ring.
• •｡◕‿◕｡ Note: The will require the fault message cleared using a diagnostic tool after fitting this kit.
• •｡◕‿◕｡ If the car is sinking, not sitting level, there is a leak or fault in the system and this will need to be fixed by other means before fitting this kit.
• •This repair kit will renew the compression, the compressor must be operational, typical symptoms are the car being slow to raise and even not reaching the requested level which puts the error "air suspension inactive" on, this stops the compressor running, but clear this error using a diagnostic tool and it will work for a short while then the error message comes back, this is typical of a tired compressor which this repair kit will fix.
• •If the car is sinking, not sitting level, there is a leak or fault in the system and this will need to be fixed by other means before fitting this kit.
• •If you are unsure, we would recommend a fault code scan before fitting to ensure there are no other faults in the system. The fault code "-PRESSURE IN ACCUMULATOR STATIC WHEN FILLING-" will be present if the compressor is tired, our repair kit will fix this, contact us with any questions for more information.
