Got this for the media team at my church of 300~400. Only ever need the five that I can tell. Work like professional headsets, very clear wireless audio through multiple walls and in a multistory building (through thick concrete and steel floors). Only ever use them in relative close proximity though, and just for a couple of hours so I'm not pushing them to the limit in any aspect. Only trade-off for the lower price range is a cheapish plasticy feel, and the battery door is a little tough to open and close.

These headsets really solved the problem our tech team had communicating with each other. They are comfortable, the batteries last through the 2.5 to 3 hours we have them on for preparation and the service. The range is amazing. We can hear each other from anywhere in the building. (I even wore a pair outside and to the the end of the property, perhaps 300 feet away, and we could communicate perfectly.) Usually we are all within 75 feet of each other but occasionally one sound tech must go into a distant room to listen to the live stream on a TV and we can still hear each other 100 feet apart through two walls and a hallway.
Features I like:
1. When you spin the mic up to vertical it turns off your broadcast so others don't hear what you are saying, or more often, what others are saying to you.
2. The mic spins both ways so you can wear it with the earpiece on either ear.
3. There are volume buttons with tone response so you can tell the levels as you raise or lower the sound.
4. You can press and hold the blue led light to turn it off, saving battery. However, the battery will last for hours anyway.
5. It comes with a charger for up to 8 batteries.
6. It comes with a nice zippered case for storage or travel.
Since I have no previous experience with this kind of equipment and do not have a technical background to judge the sound quality there may be reasons more expensive equipment is worth the money, but for me trying to hear and speak to my colleagues during a church service (without disrupting the service with our voices) this is a wonderful tool.
