This mandolin is amazing, it slices and cuts so smoothly with no chance of dismembering me. The slicing action is without force and just feels effortless. My only complaint is it can be a bit difficult to clean thoroughly because i don't have a dishwasher, but if i wait for the stuck bits to dry I can knock them out easily. But really that's the only down side to using this product and it's minimal.
