It has great protein in it, is organic and tastes great. I couldn't ask for more. The protein is also plant-based which is great for vegans or people on such a diet. I use this protein as a diet supplement. I reduced my carb intake and portion size and needed a good protein supplement to help me build muscle as I also do work-outs. This met the bill.

Each serving (2 scoops) is 21g of protein. As I use it to supplement, I usually mix just one scoop into my yogurt or an 8oz glass of milk. It is a fine powder and can get messy but I add some water to the yogurt to help it soak in. The chocolate tastes amazing! Its great with milk and yogurt (plain or fruit or vanilla).

It's important to note that I really don't like protein powders or the taste of most protein drinks because it has a weird flavor (maybe whey) and the texture/consistency is always bad.. and I'm someone who can't get past a weird texture. I've only made this once so far, and I'm writing this review after getting it in the mail less than an hour ago, but I'm so pleasantly surprised that I needed to post a review! I mixed mine with 14oz whole milk and a dash of water, because I don't have any other milk. It tastes like a chocolate milkshake. It's a little bit grainy, but that could be because of the milk I used having a higher fat content. But the graininess really isn't bad at all.

This powder dissolved pretty easily, but I did use an electric blender bottle. The picture I shared shows that the powder did separate pretty quickly for me, but again that could be the milk I used. And having a blender bottle (or even using a shaker) you could easily give it a little mix.

The powder is pretty fine, so it did get a little messy as it puffed out onto the counter a little bit. I also don't think it has a smell, but I have a poor sense of smell.

I've added this to my subscribe and save list and I'm excited to try some of their other drink powders in the future! If you're on the fence about trying this one, definitely do it! It's a great value too, compared to all of the $40 and $50 brands out there.

This stuff is great for extra protein or after a workout. I love that it has more than just protein in it as well. I like to blend it with lion's mane powder and some plant milk. At stores I've seen this size run for about $50+ on amazon it is less than $30 for the same size. Buy it and save the money the taste is so good and you won't regret it!
