I was pleasantly surprised after installing the GPS tracker in my truck. Although I had to look online for some tutorials and schematic details because it kind of Lacks good diagrams or schematics. Had to buy a 2 Amp Fuse which I couldn't find so I substituted a 5 amp fuse did not come with it. Other than that once it was installed I downloaded the app and anytime I want to know where my truck is open the app. There are even some features that were not described I noticed after I bought it like video recording and it takes pictures there's a few extras it has that weren't mentioned in the Amazon ad before I bought it works great tho...1

Works perfectly so far. Directly connected it to my motorcycle battery and tucked it under the seat. Took me a little bit to figure out how to get it connected to the gps signal for real time monitoring but customer service got back to me in about a day. They also send emails at 3am or so. I assume because they are in another country but I'm now able to track my motorcycle in real time or by sending a text message and ping its location.
Update: if you connect it directly to the battery of a motorcycle, it will drain the battery after 2 days of not starting the bike. I tested it to see and it definitely kills your battery. I might come up with a rocker switch setup so I can turn on the connection when I think the gps needs charged and overnight or at work so I'm not constantly killing the battery.

*Update: The seller has since responded multiple times through email and everything has been corrected. The app even works correctly now. I have to reevaluate my assessment of the device by saying that I would definitely recommend this product. IF your GPS freaks out in any way, just pull the Sim card for a short time and reinsert. Follow the directions step by step and you should have no problem. I'm not sure what made the Sinotrack app decide to finally start working. Maybe contact the seller to initialize it.

I had it responding within an hour to text message. However, even after a week, it would not show up on the app map.
Today marked exactly one week of being installed. This morning, around 4am, I was awoken to my GPS repeated calling my phone. I even texted the command to not receive calls from the device. Just for curiosity sake, I counted the number of times the device called me. As of a few hours ago it was over 240 times! Once I finally got around to it, I removed the Sim card. So the calls have stopped for now.
I emailed Sinotrack tech help to no response. I left a question on the Amazon sales page.
IF I can set it back up and don't receive anymore calls, I would say I would buy again ONLY because it was so cheap. But if not then it's going in the trash...

The Best GPS Tracker EVER; Works with Google Fi Data-only SIMs!

This is quite possibly the best, simplest, and smallest GPS tracker. I was looking for one that works with Google Fi data-only SIMs so that I would not incur any additional monthly expenses. In order to get this to work, you will:
- First need a GSM+data SIM to use temporarily to program your devices (I used a SpeedTalk mobile SIM, which you can find for $5 on Amazon and it includes the first month)
- Activate the SpeedTalk SIM online to get a phone number
- Power the SinoTrack with DC power
- Insert this SIM into the SinoTrack, and wait ~30 minutes for it to activate (orange and blue lights turn solid)
- When you are able to call the SinoTrack's phone number and it responds with a SMS of its location, you are good to proceed!
- Go through all of the commands documented in the book that are relevant to you. You will want to disable call mode (SMS only), not set any control numbers, set it to GPRS mode, and change the password and timezone. I also reset the mileage, just in case.
- Set the APN to h2g2 (with no username or password) for Google Fi and be sure to set the IP address and port of SinoTrack's servers
- Once all of your settings have been entered, remove power from the SinoTrack and remove the SIM to turn it off
- Re-attach power and Insert your Google Fi data-only SIM
- Within 30 minutes, it should be trackable from their web interface!
- Cancel your SpeedTalk service plan now that you no longer need it (but keep the SIM card around in case you need to activate the plan again and modify SinoTrack's programming)

I was sceptical, but now I am amazed by what all it does. Easy install in my KLR 650, hidden above the headlight like the space was made for it. It calles me and texts me when the bike shakes or ignition is turned on or the bike moves out of my preset zone.
All this is selectable anywhere anytime with your cellphone. Really worth the money. I don't like the instructions though. I got through the install ok but the company should do an instruction video with a USA
speaker, that would yeild 5 stars from me. There are still some things that I don't understand and the online videos are Pakistan and Russian
