It arrived with no damages to the product. It was very easy to put together. It's perfect! It's a very solid set up. (I hate double sided boards because they move while you write). This was the best option for me as a college student living in a studio apartment. It doesn't take up very much room. It is easy to move around with the wheels. They even included an eraser, 3 markers, and some magnets which was very generous. I love how the board is magnetic. This will definitely be helpful while I tackle organic chemistry this semester. I had no problem putting several of these together in one sitting - the only thing I'd change there is to have a more snug/thick wrench as it slips around while you're trying to tighten things making you have to readjust alot. BUT if you tape several of these wrenches together, that helps significantly.
My only reason for less than 5 stars is due to maneuverability. It's awkward to roll around bc you have to hold it from the bottom and they don't roll as smoothly as I'd like. It would help if there was a bar that goes from the top, back of the board, to the top/back of the bottom pole, just below the back of the board - which would give you something to push up top without feeling like you're going to push the whole board over.

For my New Years Resolution, I wanted to transition from traditional daily to-do lists (rewritten every morning) to an Agile Kanban Board. This is a perfect whiteboard to set by my workstation, and use as a workflow system. I've been an Agile Coach for decades, and I decided to apply the practices to my own daily work. If you aren't familiar with a Kanban board: I divided the board into sections for Backlog (Do Someday), Committed (Will do, haven't started), In Progress (Working on now), On Hold/Roadblock (Had to stop), Follow UP/Schedule (Need to setup a meeting, email, Call or IM), and Completed (What I finish during the day). Whenever a task comes up or I'm asked to call someone, I put it on a write a note on a sticky note and put it in one of those sections, so I don't loose track of it. Throughout the day, I move them around as I work different items. I even started using a color coded sticky note system for: Green (Personal), Blue (Administrative), Red (Project Related), Yellow (Training/Development). This board is the perfect size for my needs. I'll post a picture -- though my desk is messy at the moment, and I must blur the words on the Post-its. The board comes with every thing I needed... so I don't have any complaints. I thought it would have an adjustable tilt angle, but it's fixed. However, they put it at the optimal angle, so that's not an issue.
