Set was easy to assemble and the kids love it. It is made to last and has so far withstood several months this summer without even a blemish. With a 9,10,12, and 14 Y/olds and their friends, this gets heavy use. The waterfall base creates the stability you need for the horseplay and dunks.

Our sons & grandsons have enjoyed it one weekend, had a wonderful time. They are looking forward to next weekend.

Super Nice"¦Classy, Elegant if you need to maintain a premium look and feel to your outdoor living space while getting some fun hoops in while in the pool to stay cool (99 degrees yesterday in the Bay Area).

Arrived yesterday, took my husband about 30 minutes to get through setup and to fill the 25 gallons of water. I stepped in as the "helpmate" to put on the backboard, hoop and net"¦which was the toughest part of it all, as you have to get everything lined up with the holes while as the person holding the heavier backboard combination (me), while the other person works the screws and bolts to securely attach them to the arm of the pole (husband). Took about an hour and 15 min total.

Nice quality, wish it was a tad less costly, especially given the plastic backboard, albeit it is super clear now I wonder how it will hold up to weathering and if it will become cloudy/dingy over time. I was under the impression the backboard may have been durable, tempered, non-breakable glass.

Only downside is there are no wheels on the 25 gallon base (once filled with water) and it isn't easy to move around or relocate on the deck if you want to reposition it over the pool. Definitely recommend the seller add wheels embedded in the base for future upgrade, otherwise it can be a deal-breaker. I saw another brand that had the wheels but all other aspects of the product were inferior to this one (e.g. size of hoop, height limitations, and opaque backboard made it cheap-looking).

Tip: Contrary to the instructions , I recommend attaching the hoop/net combo while the base is turned face-forward over the deck rather than the pool"¦made it much, much faster that way because we weren't compensating for having the backboard hanging over the pool while we were trying to attach it"¦and we had a bolt drop into the pool that way vs one that dropped on the deck and my husband didn't have to jump into the pool to retrieve it"¦he had to jump in the pool to retrieve the one that dropped in the pool"¦which by the way, you have to hold them just right to screw them into the thread of the screw to properly fasten them.

This one is a clear winner"¦white and teal/"Tiffany-blue"-ish creates a very nice look!

I needed to replace an old basketball hoop from the same company that lasted a long time but as the kids got older was not strong enough for their play style. This set was easy to put together and I do recommend as the instructions do to have two people when installing the backboard. I bought the one with the clear backboard. It looks great. We have used it a few times so far and it seems very sturdy. I will say this is larger than I thought so storage will be a challenge but overall am extremely happy with this product.
