Really cool but falls apart

My sor really love playing with the number robots. He only 4 and easy learned how to put it together and transform it fast. Only problem we had by the second day was the connection part to build the big robot was worn and sloppy. They don't stay together and fall off easily. My kid keeps crying over it. The little individual robots looks cool and the big robot also. Just with the losses and sloppiness on the connections didn't happen.

Got this for my son"˜s fourth birthday. He loves numbers he's very smart and enjoys logical and practical things. He loves numbers and enjoys playing and learning. With these number robots he has a blast! It is suppose to turn into one big robot but that never happened because some pieces don't fit the way they should and are unstable, so it's great if your kid doesn't have to have one giant robot.

I bought these for my 2 1/2 year old son after we played with something similar somewhere. I like that these have all the numbers outlined in silver, and that they followed a pattern for using five main colors twice.
Directly out of the box, some numbers were more stiff than others, but after some play they became a bit easier. We haven't out together the big robot, but he loves finding where some pieces will fit together, and it did come with instructions for building the complete creature. We've shared these at the bleachers while at big sister's games, and they're always a hit! We've inspired a few other families to buy them after seeing how their kids enjoyed our set. I love the number set because it's less pieces to keep up with than the alphabet set! Haha!
I was pleasantly surprised that my son could ID more numbers than I thought! Just be careful.. I'll say, "Hand me that purple one, please." and he'll say "Not 1! It's 8!" 🤣 Touché!
