These burgers rock!
Having said that they are not super healthy due to the high amount of processing of the plant ingredients, I think. The manufacturer seems to have changed ingredients a bit: from soy protein isolate to pea protein isolate, for example. Good for them! Heard bad reviews of soy protein isolate. Not sure the pea version is better but I think so because the complaints were about chemical composition of soy making soy protein isolate harmful. The burgers also have 20g of fat and 6g saturated fat (canola and coconut) so I would make them a rare treat on a Whole Food Plant Based diet.
Overall they are yummy!!! Easy to cook (we used coconut oil - more coconut oil - ugh!) in a normal frying pan and did the recommended few minutes on each side, tested with a meat thermometer to get to the recommended 165 F inside and got nice brown, chewy, meaty, tasty burgers! None of that black bean patty pretending to be a burger. I guess we asked for the somewhat unhealthy ingredients with great taste and got what we were asking for.
Frozen on arrival makes the 40 patties practical to use: take four out of the freezer to thaw overnight and keep the others for later - ours are good until May 2020 (from June 2019 arrival)
Overall: Great Job! and no animals were factory farm raised or butchered in a slaughterhouse by our indulgence! Awesome.
One slight complaint I have: we bought these for 175.- for 40 burgers just 4 weeks ago and today they are 141.- but ok, as a small, start up business, do what you need to do, and I guess it is good that the price is going down so more people can afford a great meat alternative. I hope the right people get the extra money to do more good work.
Update: got our second set of 40 - arrived perfectly frozen in July! - we were watching out for the delivery and took it right into the house - was packed extremely well with a thick Styrofoam cooler inside an outer box and the box of burgers inside the Styrofoam cooler with three packs of dry ice, all burgers frozen solid, even at the edges - burgers are inside a blue plastic bag inside the burger box - took out the blue plastic bag with all the burgers and put that straight into the freezer - will have burgers for a while!

Also, tried to use them straight from the freezer to the pan and it worked great for us, cooking a little longer on lower heat to get them thawed that way when there was no time to thaw in the fridge overnight- checked with meat thermometer to see they were 165 F inside and they were (see picture with the salad plate, withour buns)

The browing ability on these burgers is fantastic - just like real meat - it get a little caramelized and very tasty when frying in a little coconut oil - really enjoying these!

It seems Beyond Burger has improved its flavor while keeping the carbs and sugar lower than Impossible Burger. Good Job!! Now, if you could keep the flavor and reduce further the carbs and sugar that would even be better!!

SERIOUSLY, I THOUGHT THEY WERE GOING TO TASTE NASTY, BECAUSE OF THE PALE APPEARANCE, BUT OMG THESE ARE SO DELICIOUS... My son is a Vegan and he swore it had to be meat, That's how good these patties are... For REAL 💕

Love these burgers. Surprisingly good for a plant based product. My stores stopped carrying the large quantity boxes. In spite of the FL heat they arrived completely frozen.
Price is hard to justify, but I'm addicted to these things so don't have options, but will keep using this company. Good service, fast cold delivery. Recommend to every one !
