Bought 2 sets of these handcuffs and both managed to get the key stuck in them and broke first time it was the key that came with the handcuffs so I bought a better quality key but it still got stuck and broke then had to shim it open to get it off my own hand witch was very easy by the way

For the money these are some good handcuffs. I'm a fugitive recovery agent and I use these as a spare pair or for people with bigger wrists. My main set of cuffs are Peerless but they aren't quite as big as these so it's nice to have a bigger set for bigger wrists.
One thing is noticed is the swivel isn't quite as big on these as they are the Peerless and the cuffs housing is made out of (4) pieces vs the Peerless is made of (3). Some of the machining seems a little rough, the ratchet teeth are a little sharp. But at the same time they seem well put together and have worked on those I've put them on.
The double lock works good, haven't had any problems with it not unlocking like some comments have said.
Overall, if your someone that just wants a set of cuffs, or are in security where you just need a pair to have and don't plan to use them a lot, or need a set of backups you'll be happy.
