It was really easy to install! The longest part is just finding a beam on your ceiling when you can't find your stud finder. It's really sturdy, even when my boyfriend, who's about 210 pounds, uses it! It's really easy and quick to switch between static and spinning. I'm really happy I spent a bit more for a quality pole that can function as both a static and spinning pole. The liquid chalk is also a nice added bonus-I've been using it every time since I'm a beginner, and need to work on my grip!

Pole is pretty easy to assemble and installation requires easy twisting to adjust to ceiling height. When I tried brining it down it was kinda stuck, I wasn't able to twist but with a little help it came down. Overall the pole was very sturdy.

Y me mandaron estos que parece que ya estaban usados. 😑 los regrese porque ami me gusta la perfección. Y me molestaba ver esos rasguños pero de ahi en fuera el artÃculo es lo mejor que tendras.
