• •COOKING SUGGESTIONS:Mix 1 tablespoon of Marmara Adana Kabab Spice Mix for each pound of ground lamb, beef or chicken. Knead the meat and spice mix for a few minutes until well blended. Kneading helps the meat protein break down which allows flavors to infuse with the meat . For added flavor, you may add garlic paste, ginger paste, chopped onions, and dried mint.
