I've had this now for one whole week. I have been using workouts on YouTube and the Life pro fitness website. I have noticed that my muscles aren't as sore as normal the next day after a workout. I am still learning all it is capable of, but so far I am happy with the product! The only downfall of this product is the price. Hopefully it'll all be worth it and I will look like America's Next Top Model.

My joints do not hurt when I wake up anymore. I tore a ligament in my ankle in 2019. It was misdiagnosed at first and the physical therapy I was doing was hurting it, but then I had an MRI and a proper diagnosis and started doing better. But, it would still hurt sometimes - now that I have been using the Rumblex it is not hurting.
I also would have trouble falling asleep because my legs would feel so cold and uncomfortable. I would also wake up every couple of hours. Now I wonder if that was "restless legs syndrome" because after the second day of using the Rumblex I have not had this problem at all AND I have even slept through the night a few times. It has been years since I have had a full night's sleep.
I am also actually using the machine and exercising every day, which I had committed to do as a "condition" of purchasing it - but, I have actually done it. Getting good results makes it easier to do. I had some minor back and neck pains throughout the day - but since I have been using the Rumblex, this is only a memory.
My husband has been having a lot of shoulder and neck pain and he has been using it and getting some relief. I believe that as he has experienced some relief now he will be more willing to go follow along with one of the workouts for shoulder pain specifically and find more relief.
I watched quite a few YouTube videos of workouts and discussions on vibration plates in general and Lifepro specifically. And now that I own one - the first few days I followed along with a workout each time. The last couple of days I have just been doing some of the exercises from a couple of those.
I wish I had known about this a year ago - I am certain it would have helped my father with some of his challenges. And I am thankful for the benefits I have received.
My goal when purchasing it was to lose a few pounds and most importantly to tone up.
I didn't weigh or measure myself so I cannot tell you if I have one even a smidgen of either of those in this first week - but I definitely feel better and "stronger" now than I did a week ago. I am excited about my bonus / unexpected results, and I am looking forward to experiencing more.

Very solid equipment. I purchased because I have back issues and sciatica issue. I wanted to add this to my Decompression therapy and strengthen my core since I no longer ride horses which is the reason behind the back issues. So far so good.
