I don't like is the pitcher and the separate brewing system. I loved my old one. You could clean it inside and actually see the water level. Y'all shouldn't have changed it this drastically. You have to pour slowly the spout is very small and this causes spillage to happen if you're not careful. Designers please keep this in mind for a newer model. Otherwise it works great and I always get a Mr coffee brand tea maker when I need one. It was over 10 years that I had my old one maybe a little longer. It still would have worked if I had not lost parts of it during a move.

This is the second Mr. Coffee Ice Tea Maker that I have purchased.... The first one was purchased about 25 years ago and is still making great iced tea. We've moved it to a 2nd home.
This model is very similar, except for some minor changes in the tray/basket in which the tea bags are placed. That change in design, in my use, requires additional tea bags to achieve the same strength of flavor.
Also, the "On" switch is more cheaply made, requiring, sometimes, multiple (5 or 6) attempts to turn on the Ice Tea Maker.
It's still the best Ice Tea Maker that I've seen, but these two changes make it a little less quality and I wonder if it will be in service as long as the original model.
