Superior Product
Amazon Customer✓ Verified PurchaseMay 12, 2024
The product is superior. I'm on keto and I use it to stretch my ground beef in taco meat and stuffed peppers saving slot on calories. It takes on the flavor of whatever you are cooking and has a great texture. Highly recommend. I do not eat it without mixing it in something else. I first bought at Costco and cannot find there now. Bad reviewers don't know how to properly use product.
Versatile, very low cal, healthy & convenient food.

Ordered 10/13/2021, received 10/14/21, 4 days prior to expected date. 😃 Outer & inner boxes undamaged, packets of food undamaged. I took pics but trouble uploading them. Only on one of the two I bought, a very minor thing, the inner boxes containing the individual pouches of the product didn't have the "good-till" date printed on it, but the other did, however, when I opened the product boxes, all the pouches (6 pouches per box, I ordered two for 12 total pouches) ALL had the "good-till" date on them, and all expiring a long time from now, next year.
This was an Overstock product shipped by Amazon for free shipping under their spend so much (?25?, ?35?) to get free shipping policy.

Now for the product: I first tried this product from Costco, picked it up in store. They don't carry it there in my store now, or are out. This is a kind of bland food naturally, cauliflower, but this is extremely easy to dress up to be quite enjoyable, to me, delicious & healthy. Its very fast if you have a microwave, I have never cooked it any other way.
Today I sent a glowing review to Overstock to tell them what a wonderful product I feel this is. I hope they continue to carry it. Certainly I must not be the only person who wants to eat on a low calorie (20/cup or 60 per container packet), low carb (4gm/11gm) fiber (2gm/5gm), negating the total sugars perfectly, & already included in carbs, of 2gm/5gm), NO saturated fat, no total fat in a cup serving, & only 0.5gm in the whole package! I always eat the whole package of supposedly 3-one cup servings, because, hay, why the heck not???
My BEST very low cal, grab & prepare SUPER-QUICK, (cause the hangries are encroaching) meal is a full packet of Natures Earthly Choice Riced Cauliflower, rip open the pouch, nuke, dump in a micro safe bowl, top with a drained can of diced tomatoes with green chillis, store brand ($.30 cheaper than Brand name at Walmart), nuke till hot, then eat your delicious 120 calorie, 23 gm carb, 9 gm fiber, satisfying lunch or dinner. I use this for those numbers reasons cause I often have insulin on board & drop, & need to eat fast, & don't want to grab bread or a burger or anything that's going to hurt me, (but if you don't know your bod, certainly treat low bs as your MD recommends before enjoying this meal). It's a safe meal to prevent a huge jump in blood sugar, and sometimes I love it because I am dieting & need to make up for calories I overdid elsewhere, or just need to increase my weight-loss, and how can you beat this combo for a diet, except maybe baked uncoated fish & spinach?
The sodium could get to be a problem from the canned tomatoes, especially if used often, (but it's not the cauliflower, it's the canned tomatoes). If you like being in the kitchen you could dice the tomatoes & green chillis yourself avoiding the 860 mg NaCl+ in the canned tomatoes, cause the whole package of the riced cauliflower only has 55 mg sodium!!! If you want to make it flashy & don't mind the extra calories, mix in some feta when you add the tomatoes, or top with any cheese before nuking. I am sure more creative folks than me could think of tons of other ways to make this terrific product a very healthy low cal part of their lives. Good addition for the Keto folks too. It's a meal I feel terrific about eating & know won't hurt me, besides enjoying every single bite.

I was surprised when I received my order, the bags were not frozen. The rice had a strong odor . I've always bought it frozen.
Excellent product.
