The description says it is double sided, but the same exercises are on both sides. This one actually has battle rope exercises on the back. This was more of an issue for my kettle bell poster which said it had the same exercises on both sides, but there were actually different exercises. Makes hanging that poster difficult.

Rather than trying to look up workouts, this is a much easier way to keep my workouts easily accessible, while also being a reminder to get my workouts in. I like that the workouts are printed long and short ways that way they can be placed on the wall for either preference. Thank you!

Great poster graphics, love that it's printed on both sides for hanging vertical or horizontal. The roll that it was wrapped in was tight which made the end lamination pull away. The packaging said I could return/replace it at no cost, but I decided to lay it flat under a workout matt for a week then go over it with a heat gun. It's hanging and holding just fine. I would buy again.
