This is the second mattress protector I have purchased from this company. The fit is excellent. I have a standard Queen and have no issues even after washing. There is not a plastic feel or that really gross sound with less quality mattress protector. My lovely grandson tends to drip his cup on my bed when he is napping. It has not leaked through one time. I thought this would be a noisy plasticky cover for my 4 yo's bed. He's had a few accidents and I didn't want him to feel self conscience about having the cover on his mattress. I put it on while he was outside playing and that night he didn't even notice. It didn't make any plasticy noises and to this day he still is unaware of it being on his bed.
